Ramp is hiring a Customer Activation Manager for Ramp Accounts Receivable, overseeing customer-facing implementation and adoption plans. You will help finance teams streamline invoicing, follow up on unpaid balances, and ensure smooth handoffs to accounting.

You’ll partner with the broader account team and specialists to build a scalable playbook for launches, map finance workflows, and remove adoption blockers, with a focus on measurable time savings and reliable invoice-to-cash processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in customer success, onboarding, or implementations.
• Led post-sale implementation from discovery through first use.
• Ability to map finance workflows and identify blockers.
• Clear communication with finance stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Comfort working without a mature playbook and improving processes.

• Discover how customers create invoices and follow up on unpaid balances.
• Lead the setup and first-use adoption plan.
