Ramp is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Bill Pay & Procurement to help upmarket customers implement and adopt our AP Automation and Procurement tools. You’ll guide deployments, configure workflows, and help customers operationalize Ramp’s products to drive efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Implementations for AP/Procurement
• Strong project and time management skills, able to manage multiple customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication; explain complex workflows clearly
• Experience partnering with technical teams to gather feedback and troubleshoot
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn a product and articulate decisions
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and promote product capabilities
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of Ramp Bill Pay and Procurement for enterprise customers
• Educate customers on AP workflows, procurement practices, approval logic, vendor management
• Identify blockers and reinforce the value to accelerate adoption
• Serve as product/workflow expert; troubleshoot issues with Product and Engineering
