Job summary

Taylor White in Tampa, FL seeks an AR & Credit/Collections Manager to lead end-to-end receivables and drive automation and scalable processes. This is a high-visibility, transformative role with real authority and impact.

You will manage one direct report, partner with Sales and IT, and implement SOPs and continuous-improvement initiatives to elevate the function across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must own AR and/or Credit and Collections functions with a track record of improving processes.
• Demonstrated ability to transform AR/collections functions rather than only executing tasks.
• Proven experience building automation within AR/collections workflows.
• Experience creating SOPs, policies, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage AR and Credit/Collections end-to-end, setting strategy and driving improvements.
• Assess current AR/collections workflows, identify inefficiencies, gaps, and manual touchpoints, design solutions.
• Build automation across the function—cash application, statement sending, and other tasks.
• Create and document SOPs, policies, and onboarding materials for scalability.
• Propose and execute continuous improvement initiatives and drive adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, IT, and other internal teams.
