Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an Accounts Receivable leader to drive collection efforts for a designated portfolio within the AR Shared Services team. You will manage a team of direct reports, set goals, and direct work to ensure timely payment of open accounts, minimize past-due A/R and maximize DSO performance.

You will interact with high-level management across 36 US and Canada businesses, lead regular performance reviews, coach staff, and participate in monthly/quarterly reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four years related experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Periodic travel may be required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection efforts for a designated portfolio within the Accounts Receivable Shared Services team.
• Manage a team of direct reports and set goals.
• Direct work to ensure timely payment of open accounts receivable, minimize past-due A/R, and maximize DSO performance.
• Interact with high-level management at assigned businesses and lead regular performance-related meetings.
• Raise awareness of management and leadership issues affecting A/R performance.
• Participate in and own monthly and quarterly reporting for management and executive leadership.
