Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company seeks a Senior Collector – Global Credit & Collections to manage a $65 million AR portfolio and 1,500–2,000 global accounts. You will drive collections, assess credit exposure, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial credit and collections.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in international collections.
• Direct experience within apparel, footwear, manufacturing, or consumer goods industry required.
• Experience managing customer accounts across multiple countries, currencies, and business channels.
• Strong understanding of credit risk analysis and collection techniques.
• Experience reviewing and managing multi-million-dollar open order books.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-million-dollar Accounts Receivable portfolio with 1,500-2,000 global accounts.
• Drive collection activities to maximize cash flow and reduce delinquency.
• Review and manage a multi-million-dollar open order book and make credit decisions.
• Evaluate creditworthiness using financial analysis, payment trends, and credit reports.
• Monitor accounts to identify credit risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes to secure timely payments.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to protect assets and support revenue.
• Prepare aging reports, collection forecasts, and cash flow projections for senior management.
