Job summary

Anchor Glass Container LLC, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead cash application, billing, credit, and collections while driving AR process improvements and ERP system enhancements.

This role partners with Sales and the Commercial team to minimize bad debt, forecast cash collection, and develop the AR team; requires strong leadership, Excel, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years AR experience, including credit and collections.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; JD Edwards (JDE) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR Specialist, provide direction, coaching, and daily prioritization.
• Oversee cash application, billing, aging, reconciliations, and data integrity.
• Evaluate creditworthiness, set limits, and direct collection strategies.
• Forecast cash collections and build AR dashboards to monitor performance.
