Overview

Accounts Receivable Supervisor – Credit & Collections is a contract-to-hire role with Insight Global for a Food and Beverage Manufacturing client in Tampa, FL. The incumbent will lead AR activities to support the commercial team, minimize credit losses, and maximize cash collection, contributing to the company’s financial stability.

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 in accounts receivable, driving efficient credit and collections processes.


• Support the commercial team to optimize working capital and cash flow.


• Minimize credit losses and maximize return on cash through effective collections management.


• Present financial reports and analysis to the Senior Director of Accounting and CFO; report to the Senior Manager.


• Foster a positive work environment; model a customer-focused mindset, strategic thinking, relationship-building, and results orientation.


• Drive continuous improvement in processes and controls to achieve financial targets.
