Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks an experienced AR Collections Supervisor to lead a high-volume AR team within the ITC function in Tampa. You will oversee analysts and offshore partners to optimize collections, aging, and risk management while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve escalations.

You will drive KPI achievement, coach staff, and ensure adherence to processes with data-driven insight and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Accounts Receivable, B2B Collections or related ITC experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience supervising an AR or Collections team is required.
• Strong understanding of aging management, account reconciliation, disputes, and deductions.
• Experience with large retailers or strategic accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR Collections Analysts and offshore/shared services teams with clear priorities and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Operations to resolve escalations and reduce delinquency.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and documentation.
• Own collection KPIs, aging metrics, and portfolio risk reporting to AR leadership.
