Job summary

Inspire-Brands in Atlanta is seeking an Accounts Receivable Senior Manager to supervise the Credit & Collections team and drive execution of collection strategies. You will partner with our Hyderabad-based support team to ensure accurate, timely AR processing and optimize cash flow.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in AR or related fields, and 1–3 years in people leadership. Strong Excel and Oracle ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business required.
• 5+ years in Accounts Receivable, collections, or related financial operations.
• 1-3 years of direct people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with account reconciliations, cash applications, and customer account management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily collection activities and ensure timely follow-up on delinquent franchise accounts.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to Accounts Receivable team members.
• Monitor workloads, portfolios, and productivity metrics.
• Oversee store transfer processing, payment services, and loyalty program support.
• Coordinate with Hyderabad team on billing, cash application, and unapplied cash.
• Escalate collection concerns and process risks to AR leadership.
• Support month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
