Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and collections handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review AR aging weekly to identify unpaid or high-risk accounts.
• Initiate contact with customers regarding past-due invoices by phone/email.
• Reconcile complex customer accounts to resolve issues.
• Process and maintain customer account requests and updates.
• Send monthly aged receivables reports to National Account Managers.
• Support invoicing and cash posting and participate in process improvements.
