Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Evaluate customer credit-worthiness and determine credit limits and terms.
• Follow up on past due balances in a timely and professional manner.
• Process collections and release credit holds in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively.
• Minimize account delinquency and other metrics.
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Investigate disputed invoices and coordinate with sales to resolve.
