Job summary

Taher seeks a hands-on Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to own the collections process, reduce past‑due balances, and strengthen cash flow. You will work with customers and internal teams to improve processes and provide visibility into collection risks and expected receipts.

The role emphasizes persistence, professional communication, and collaboration across Finance and Operations to drive measurable improvements in accounts receivable and month‑end activities.

Qualifications

• Strong collections experience with ownership of customer accounts and past-due balances.
• Ability to analyze aging trends, identify risk, and drive resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the collections process and reduce aging while improving cash flow.
• Billing accuracy, apply payments, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and SOP documentation.
• Support month‑end close, reporting, and cross‑functional finance initiatives.
