Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking an AR Collections Analyst in San Francisco to manage daily collections for a portfolio of over 200 accounts, resolve billing issues, and maintain accurate customer records. This role rewards detail-oriented problem-solvers who can collaborate across teams and contribute to cash flow and customer relationships.

You will leverage strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, engage with customers, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collections experience or equivalent in accounts receivable.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collections for a portfolio of 200+ accounts.
• Research payment status and follow up on outstanding items with customers.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and variances promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records including reconciliations and write-offs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing questions and improve receivable resolution.
• Identify process improvements and contribute practical solutions.
• Support additional projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
