Responsibilities

• Manage daily collections for a portfolio of 200+ accounts.
• Communicate with customers and payment portals to research payment status and follow up on outstanding items.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes, short payments, and overpayments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support reconciliations, payment application, and write-offs.
• Partner with internal teams to address billing questions and improve resolution of receivable issues.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions.
• Support additional projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
