Frontier Auto Parts in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. You will verify orders, print invoices, process customer returns, and assist drivers with invoice changes while ensuring accurate billing and timely payments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, are reliable team players, and proficient with Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks/QBO, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics. We offer weekly pay, PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilités

• Verify orders and print invoices.
• Process customer returns and answer billing questions.
• Assist drivers with invoice changes.
• Check in drivers and process invoices/post payments.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams.
• Maintain and update team procedures.
