You will collaborate with dispatch, drivers, and customer service to ensure accurate, timely billing, adapt to customer-specific requirements, and maintain clean records in our TMS and WMS systems.

• Experience in invoicing and billing in transportation/logistics is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing in TMS and WMS systems.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and customer service to gather missing documentation or clarify billing details.
• Maintain up-to-date records in TMS and accounting software.
• Generate weekly and monthly billing reports for management review.
• Support month-end closing activities by reconciling billing data with accounting records.
• Handle customer-specific billing requirements and accessories (POD, BOL).
• Review transportation tickets for accessorial charges due and ensure accurate, timely billing.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections and follow up on past-due accounts.
