Job summary

Frontier Auto Parts in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. You will verify orders, print invoices, process customer returns, and assist drivers with invoice changes while ensuring accurate billing and timely payments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, are reliable team players, and proficient with Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks/QBO, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics. We offer weekly pay, PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Frontier Auto Parts (www.frontierparts.com) is an aftermarket auto parts distributor providing quality auto body collision parts to repair shops in and around the Raleigh region since 1998. We are seeking an experienced Accounting individual to join our team.

What you will do:

• Verify that orders are filledand print invoices

• Process customer returns and answer billing questions

• Assist drivers in the field with invoice changes

• Check in drivers and process invoices/post payments

• Work with Customer Service and Warehouse team members as needed

• Maintain and update team procedures

• Monday - Friday (7:30 am to 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm)

• Hours over 40 hours/week are paid at 1.5x hourly rate

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Good communicator, team player and reliable

• Computer-savvy: enter text, enter data, navigate screens, use Excel etc.

• Experience with QuickBooks/QBO, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business Central

• Supervisor experience (preferred, not required)

• Basic auto partsknowledge (preferred, not required - will be trained)

• Spanish or Mandarinspeaking (preferred, but not required)

Pay dependent on fit for position and background check.
