Job summary

IFE NDT, LLC seeks a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in Marshall, Texas. You will handle customer invoicing, payment application, collections follow-up and account reconciliation with accuracy and professionalism.

The role reports to the Financial Controller and involves coordinating with internal departments to obtain missing tickets and documentation, while maintaining strict confidentiality and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in accounts receivable, billing, collections or bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation and collections follow-up.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, customer billing portals and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices using field tickets, work orders and pricing docs.
• Submit invoices through email, portals and required systems.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue balances and disputed charges.
• Communicate payment status, billing discrepancies and missing information professionally.
• Record and apply customer payments accurately.
• Resolve unapplied payments, short payments and account discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end AR reporting.
• Maintain billing contacts, payment terms, portal information and invoicing instructions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing tickets and approvals.
• Escalate delinquent accounts to the Financial Controller.
• Maintain organized financial records and protect confidential information.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing and collections processes.
