Financial Additions, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract-to-hire role in Richardson, TX. This is a hybrid position after training.

Responsibilities include managing collections, processing payments and cash applications, reconciling accounts, and resolving disputes with customers and internal teams. The role requires 2+ years AR experience and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 2+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player who can effectively work with customers and internal departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other accounting/business software.
