Staffmark is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Payable Specialist in Jonesboro, AR to manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking. The role involves balancing worksheets, clearing queues, and staying ahead of the numbers.

Responsibilities include processing customer invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, handling vendor invoices and payments, and maintaining AR/AP records with strong Excel and ERP experience. Attention to detail and timely communication are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Process customer invoices and accurately post payments
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Process vendor invoices, including accurate coding and data entry
• Prepare and process vendor payments on time
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AR/AP records and supporting documentation
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as needed
