Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication; professional, customer-service demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet weekly deadlines.
• Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Quantum ERP experience preferred.
• QuickBooks and Sage 300 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter vendor invoices into the ERP or accounting system.
• Match receivers to PO/RO and vendor invoices; resolve discrepancies.
• Review open receiver file for missing invoices; track missing parts.
• Process payments by check, ACH, wire and card.
• Reconcile vendor statements and expense reports; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor files: W-9s, banking info, resale certificates.
• Assist with month-end close and audit preparations.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare customer statements and ensure accuracy of balances.
• Help test and adopt new tools and procedures.
