Staffmark Group is seeking an AP/AR Specialist in Atkins, AR to support accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows. The role involves processing invoices, reconciling statements, processing payments, and assisting with monthly closing reports. Strong data entry, Excel proficiency, and ERP familiarity are required.

The position offers standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) and benefits. A high school diploma is required; accounting degree is preferred.

• Accounting degree preferred, experience may be accepted
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required
• Experience at a manufacturing facility is highly desired
• Knowledge of general administrative and bookkeeping principles
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to generate and understand spreadsheet data
• Strong math skills
• High degree of accuracy with diligence
• Excellent data entry skills - experience with ERP system is a plus
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Effective organization and time management skills

• Work with purchasing, vendors, and customers to resolve issues
• Creating reports, filing, working on special projects, answering the phone, and other duty coverage

Location:

Atkins, AR

Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday

Key Duties:

• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile AP invoices
• Create and send invoices
• Process payments
