Job summary

CHASE Staffing is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to support customer accounts, collections, vendor payments, cash management, and month-end reconciliations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has recent A/R experience in distribution or manufacturing.

Key duties include invoicing, applying payments, aging analyses, and assisting with month-end close. This is an in-office role in Georgia, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, offering $24-$27 per hour depending on

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent Accounts Receivable experience in a distribution or manufacturing company.
• Accounts Payable and expense report processing experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheets.
• Must be able to research discrepancies and communicate professionally with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create and send customer invoices, statements, credit memos, and adjustments.
• Manage daily chargebacks and apply payments; resolve unapplied payments.
• Follow up on past-due accounts and document collection efforts.
• Prepare A/R aging, cash receipt reports for management.
• Process vendor payments, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close.
