• Hands-on NetSuite or similar ERP experience.
• AR/AP accounting experience in a business setting.
• Foundational accounting knowledge and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Strong Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable: create invoices, apply payments, and maintain AR aging.
• Process accounts payable: enter vendor bills, match to PO, and prepare payments.
• Support month-end close: accruals, aging reviews, and reconciliations.
• Help document AR/AP procedures and maintain internal controls.
