Job summary

Meriton Environmental Comfort is expanding its accounting team and seeks an Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day AR/AP across EC and MO. You’ll process AR and AP in NetSuite or similar ERP, issue invoices, apply payments, reconcile ledgers, and support month-end processes during a post-acquisition integration.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with sales, project teams, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite or similar ERP experience.
• Prior AR/AP or general accounting experience.
• Foundational accounting knowledge; degree not strictly required.
• Solid double-entry and GL understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue customer invoices in NetSuite against sales orders.
• Apply customer payments and deposits accurately and timely.
• Maintain the AR aging and support collections follow-up.
• Enter vendor bills and match to POs and expenses in ERP.
• Prepare payment runs (ACH, check, card) for approval.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor master records.
• Own the AR/AP inbox and provide cross-team support.
