Job summary

Environmental Comfort, LLC is expanding its accounting team and seeking an Accounting Specialist to own AR and AP across EC and Mid Ohio. You will process invoices, apply payments, maintain ledgers, and support month-end close in NetSuite or similar ERP, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires detail orientation, teamwork with finance across entities, and readiness to document processes and improve internal controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AR/AP experience in a business setting.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Foundational accounting knowledge and double-entry basics.

Responsibilities

• Process AR invoices and apply payments, monitor aging.
• Enter vendor bills and assist with payments and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Maintain vendor/customer master data and ensure SOX controls.
• Assist with 1099 prep and vendor compliance as needed.
