• Maintain ledgers and transaction records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain business partner master data.

Responsibilities

• Gather, sort, and organize accounting documents and related information.
• Enter accounting data and process credit/debit memos.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management.
• Maintain ledgers and transaction records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation and follow internal controls.
• Maintain business partner master data.
• Verify vendor invoices and supporting documentation.
• Schedule and prepare vendor payments.
• Process check, ACH, autopay, and wire transactions.
• Resolve vendor payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Work with Concur & Wells Fargo credit card transactions & expenses.
• Processing maintenance invoices for Asset Essentials.
• Generate customer invoices.
• Calculate charges, credits, refunds, and adjustments.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and conduct collection activities.
• Resolve customer disputes and short payments.
• Maintain customer payment profiles and collection reports.
• Provide information to customers as requested.
• Assist with month-end accruals.
• Process accounting-system autopays.
• Maintain company credit card records and compliance.
• Utilize banking and expense management systems including BOW, Concur, and Wells Fargo applications.
