• Professional communication with external customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable portfolio: invoicing, payments, deposits, reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, deposits, credit memos, and adjustments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations for accurate billing and deposits.
• Record payments via checks, cards, remittances, deposits, and credit adjustments.
• Reconcile AR activity to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports, statements, open invoices, and billing summaries.
• Support daily accounting operations and month-end close activities.
• Provide excellent customer service for billing inquiries; communicate professionally.
• Review new account applications and assess creditworthiness with reports.
• Evaluate orders on credit hold considering delinquency and risk.
• Maintain complete records of customer contacts and actions.
• Participate in process improvement and system enhancement projects.
