Responsabilités

• Gather, sort, and organize accounting documents and related information.
• Enter accounting data and process credit/debit memos.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management.
• Maintain ledgers and transaction records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Process vendor payments via check, ACH, autopay, and wire transactions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and manage payment discrepancies.
