Job summary

Jobot in Irvine, CA is seeking an AR/AP Clerk for a 3-month on-site engagement. You will handle payables, receivables, and heavy data entry for active TI projects.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices, coded to jobs and cost codes.
• Enter and track data in Procore and Miter.
• Assist with pay applications, billing, and progress billing.
• Track lien waivers, COIs, and compliance paperwork.
• Post cash receipts and keep AR aging current.
• Match POs, subcontracts, and change orders to invoices.
• Aid vendor reconciliations and month-end close.
• Keep job files clean and up to date.

Job Details

Seeking AR/AP contractors to start ASAP. You'll handle payables, receivables, and a lot of data entry for active TI projects.

What you'll do:

• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices, then code them to jobs and cost codes
• Enter and track data in Procore and Miter
• Help with pay applications, billing, and progress billing
• Track and collect lien waivers, COIs, and subcontractor compliance paperwork
• Post cash receipts and keep AR aging current
• Match POs, subcontracts, and change orders to invoices
• Help with vendor reconciliations and month-end close
• Keep job files clean, accurate, and up to date

What we're looking for:

• 1 to 3 years of AR, AP, or accounting clerk experience
• Construction accounting exposure is strongly preferred (GC, subcontractor, or real estate)
• Procore or Miter experience is a big plus
• Fast, accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with high volume and tight deadlines
• Solid Excel skills
• Available to start immediately for a 3 month assignment
