Job summary

HOYA Vision Group is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Business Analyst in Dallas to own AR data and dashboards, drive SOPs, and improve cash flow. You will lead analytics for a multi‑million-dollar AR portfolio, build real-time insights, and collaborate across Sales, Credit, and Customer Service to resolve disputes.

Your role emphasizes data ownership, process standardization, and reporting accuracy in a fast-paced finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance/data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, pivot tables, macros.
• Experience building dashboards in Excel or Power BI.
• Ability to document and implement SOPs and process flows.
• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar).
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Strong reconciliation experience is a plus (subledger vs GL).

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-million-dollar AR data portfolio including billing terms, discounts, and credits.
• Develop and maintain AR dashboards with real-time insights.
• Perform reconciliations of AR subledger to the general ledger and support month-end close.
• Analyze customer payment patterns, monitor DSO, and improve collections.
• Document and standardize AR processes with clear SOPs and workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, and Customer Service to resolve high‑value disputes.
• Lead initiatives to improve AR processes, drive automation, and strengthen reporting accuracy.
• Support GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.
