CRH Americas Building Products is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage major retail Home Center customer accounts. The role emphasizes oversight, research, and resolution of open balances in a hybrid Atlanta setting.

The successful candidate will bring AR experience, proficient Excel capabilities, and strong communication skills to ensure accuracy and timely collections while supporting broader financial controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 3+ years AR experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and perform reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers and sales.
• Perform collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced department.
• Provide customer service for collection issues; process refunds and adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly aging and receivables reports.
• Research and resolve unapplied payments and inquiries.
• Monitor credit holds and customer lines of credit.
