CFS is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Orlando to focus on analytics, reporting, and account management within a data-driven environment. This role moves beyond traditional collections to leverage credit management insights and receivables strategy, working closely with leadership to drive informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing large datasets with Excel and will contribute to improving cash flow through detailed reporting and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable, Credit, or related accounting experience.
• Strong Excel proficiency with XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and large data set analysis.
• Experience reviewing AR aging reports and managing high-volume account activity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings to stakeholders.
• College degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aging reports, account balances, payment activity, and receivable trends.
• Support credit-related activities and investigate outstanding balances and discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain detailed Excel reports utilizing XLOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs, and large datasets.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve account concerns and support collection efforts as needed.
• Present account findings and insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Monitor high-volume account activity and identify opportunities to improve cash flow.
