Qualifications

5+ years in Credit & Collections/Deductions management with strong AR performance
5+ years leading process improvements and driving operational change
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel (pivot tables, lookups), and Power BI or similar tools
Ability to collaborate across functions and build productive relationships
Strong customer service focus with effective issue resolution

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management across multiple ERPs and channels with customer outreach and reconciliations
Monitor aged receivables and collaborate with partners to resolve root causes
Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, deductions, and payment variances
Evaluate and optimize AR processes to improve efficiency and collections
Lead initiatives to strengthen collections and improve customer service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process gaps and implement solutions
