Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AR accounting or similar role.
• Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate billing to customers.
• Provides internal and external customer service to resolve billing matters.
• Maintains systems and order-to-remit procedures for policy compliance.
• Manages 30+ day AR at bank compliance.
• Coordinates with operations to manage payment plans and DSO.
