You will collect and reconcile balances, audit leases/POs for billing, and maintain proactive contact with customers. This role requires precise documentation and timely escalation with supervisory review as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in collections or AR.
• Experience auditing leases or purchase orders for billing.
• Experience initiating contact and escalating with supervision when needed.

Responsabilités

• Collect and reconcile receivable balances for existing customers, driving resolution and ensuring billing accuracy.
• Audit lease documents or purchase orders to validate billing and process adjustments.
• Initiate telephone contact and follow up with assigned customers, escalating when needed.
• Administer past due or default notices and coordinate with management on write-offs or collections actions.
• Maintain current collection notes at contract, parent, or transaction level.
