Responsibilities

• Manage full Accounts Receivable cycle including invoices and reconciliations.
• Process customer invoices and payments per terms and milestones.
• Maintain customer account records in the accounting system.
• Monitor aging and follow up on past-due accounts professionally.
• Collaborate with PM, Contracts, Operations, Shipping, and CS teams on payment issues.
