Qualifications

• 6+ years AR and GL accounting experience with month-end close ownership.
• CPA strongly preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong U.S. GAAP judgment; ability to defend conclusions.
• Operate with high autonomy in a preparer/reviewer framework.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite or similar).
• M&A/integration experience a strong plus; fast-moving environments.
• Advanced Excel and AI tools familiarity; Databricks experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Global AR month-end close with end-to-end reconciliations and reports.
• Model AFDA/CECL, variance analysis, and audit trails for gaps.
• Lead AI/automation adoption across AR workflows and controls.
• Maintain AR subledger integrity, flux analyses and driver explanations.
• Drive SOX-ready workpapers and liaison with auditors on AR schedules.
• Collaborate with Billing, Cash Applications, Revenue, and FP&A teams.
• Partner on AR workflows redesign for SAP implementations and data readiness.
• Ensure accurate close accruals and monthly provision recommendations.
