Job summary

Higgsfield AI (SF Bay Area) seeks a Revenue Accountant to own AR and end-to-end invoicing in a fast-growing, AI-driven business. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success and Legal to ensure accurate billing, revenue support, and exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes ASC 606 compliance, scaling processes, and delivering month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis. Hybrid work in SF three days/week with remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience, including revenue accounting in a SaaS/tech company.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with accuracy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and revenue automation tools like Stripe/HubiFi/Zuora.
• Experience with AI, cloud infrastructure, consumption-based pricing, or usage-based billing models.

Responsibilities

• Own the invoicing process end-to-end: generate schedules and invoices on time; monitor for non-payment and collections; maintain AR aging and documentation.
• Lead AR collections: prioritize accounts, escalate when needed, and drive dispute resolution and payment plans.
• Respond to customer and payment inquiries; resolve billing questions and escalated issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Legal to ensure accurate contract setup and billing.
• Support onboarding by ensuring billing information and payment terms are correctly established.
