Zusammenfassung

Construction Unlimited is seeking a driven Contact Center Representative to convert conversations into high-quality appointments for exterior services. You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails from homeowners, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and scheduling.

We offer 40 hours per week, non-exempt status, and uncapped commissions on appointments that lead to sales. Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus performance incentives, with growth opportunities and a team-focused

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, inside sales, or appointment-setting role.
• Strong phone presence with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Comfortable handling high call volume while staying accurate and professional.
• Balance a service mindset with performance-driven goals.
• Coachable, accountable, and motivated by metrics and incentives.
• Experience with a CRM and phone system, or ability to learn quickly.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working on-site.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, plus chats and emails from warm leads.
• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments for roofing and other exterior services.
• Run proactive outbound dialing to follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and drive conversion.
• Build rapport fast with homeowners and clearly explain next steps and what to expect.
• Set appointments with all decision-makers whenever possible.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in ServiceTitan (CRM).
• Meet or beat individual metrics for appointment setting, productivity, and confirmations.
• Take part in ongoing coaching and training as you ramp.
