HyperHired LLC. in Massachusetts is seeking an Inbound CCR to be the first line of contact for prospective customers. You will field inbound calls and make outbound calls to set qualified appointments for our Design Consultants.

You will knock pre-mapped neighborhoods, manage the full cycle from discovery to close on appointments, and coordinate with operations on scheduling and handoffs. Success is measured by activity, commissions, and progression into team roles.

Qualifications

• Coachable and willing to learn and grow.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required; drive and persistence matter more.
• Comfortable being measured by output: activity, close rate, and earned commission.
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather.

Responsabilités

• Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections.
• Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned.
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff.
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle.
