Responsibilities
  1. Build meaningful relationships with staff, patients, and their families.
  2. Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for everyone.
  3. Greet patients, manage check-in and check-out, and handle payments.
  4. Use phone and computer to schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
  5. Verify insurance, submit claims, and explain coverage to patients.
  6. Provide information about services and treatment plans.
  7. Manage patient communication and referral thank you notes.
  8. Maintain updated statistics and reports for staff and doctors.
  9. Assist with social media management, postings, and correspondence.
  10. Ensure the front office and reception area are stocked and clean.
  11. Coordinate with vendors and community partners.
  12. Support coworkers by understanding their needs and timelines.
