Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with staff, patients, and their families.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for everyone.
- Greet patients, manage check-in and check-out, and handle payments.
- Use phone and computer to schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
- Verify insurance, submit claims, and explain coverage to patients.
- Provide information about services and treatment plans.
- Manage patient communication and referral thank you notes.
- Maintain updated statistics and reports for staff and doctors.
- Assist with social media management, postings, and correspondence.
- Ensure the front office and reception area are stocked and clean.
- Coordinate with vendors and community partners.
- Support coworkers by understanding their needs and timelines.
