Job description

Overview

We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team in a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk operations and medical office procedures, with the ability to provide exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities

  1. Review and update patient documentation accurately
  2. Conduct insurance verification and assist with billing inquiries
  3. Provide bilingual support when needed to assist diverse patient populations
  4. Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks
  5. Coordinate with medical staff for patient care needs

Experience

  1. Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  2. Familiarity with eClinicalWorks software is a plus
  3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.97 - $22.24 per hour
