Role Summary

The Service Loyalty Coordinator makes outbound service calls, builds relationships with customers, and schedules appointments for the Service Department.

Responsibilities
  1. Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs and direct calls accordingly.
  2. Ensure timely communication of messages to service consultants.
  3. Make service appointments when service consultants are unavailable; route appointment info to the appropriate personnel.
  4. Provide reports to dealership management.
  5. Collect retail charges via cash, check, or authorized charge accounts.
  6. Provide proper change and receipts to customers.
  7. Process and document charge purchases following established policies.
  8. Close internal repair orders promptly and route to billing.
  9. File copies of repair orders and parts tickets appropriately.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of college or technical school, or 3-6 months related experience/training, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and understand written instructions.
  • 6-12 months of previous work experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous industry experience is a plus.
