Expo Home Improvement is seeking a Dispatcher to accurately place, coordinate, and manage in-home appointments across service markets in Texas. The role focuses on maximizing calendar capacity by strategic placement, gap identification, and timely changes in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make scheduling decisions while collaborating with Design Consultants, Confirmation Agents, and Inside/Outside Sales teams.

• Place qualified appointments on calendars in line with procedures.
• Ensure appointments are assigned to the correct market, territory, date, time, and calendar.
• Review appointment details for completeness before placement.
• Coordinate assignments to optimize travel and calendar utilization.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and duplicate bookings.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records in CRM and systems.
