Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking a Confirming Dispatcher to support scheduling and sales operations. You will confirm customer appointments, manage the dispatch board, and keep sales representatives’ calendars full.

We are looking for someone who is fast, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Strong ServiceTitan and Five9 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems like ServiceTitan and Five9.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to confirm appointments
• Monitor and manage the dispatch/scheduling board
• Update and move leads and appointments throughout the system
• Reschedule appointments to maximize sales representatives’ calendars
• Communicate appointment times and changes to customers
• Make a high volume of customer calls while maintaining professionalism
• Process information quickly and accurately
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in the CRM
