Job summary

Affinex Capital is seeking a Field Logistics Coordinator to lead scheduling for in-home appointments from its Tucson, AZ office. You will coordinate, optimize, and manage field activities, acting as the primary contact for Advisors and Sales Managers to maximize efficiency and revenue potential.

Ideal candidates demonstrate critical thinking, strong influencing skills, and calm decision-making under pressure, with 1–3 years in scheduling or logistics and solid CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in scheduling, logistics, sales coordination, or fast-paced customer success role.
• Experience navigating CRM systems and scheduling software.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day calendar management for in-home appointments, balancing advisor availability and geographic routing.
• React quickly to cancellations or delays by re-routing advisors and moving appointments to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Advisors to communicate schedule changes and coverage needs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling software with attention to detail.
• Identify scheduling bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
