Job summary

CaptiveAire Systems in Ohio seeks a driven engineer to join our sales team focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new business. This role combines applications engineering and inside sales support in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You will receive extensive training under a mentor, learn CaptiveAire products, market approach, engineering processes, and business development strategies, with opportunities for PE license sponsorship and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years experience in engineering-centric sales or applications
• 4-year technical degree in mechanical/electrical/construction or sciences preferred
• Excellent computer, organizational and communication/presentation skills
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn product lines and sales strategies

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and new customers
• Provide application engineering and inside sales support
• Manage installations schedules to ensure on-time site readiness
• Provide service and technical support for existing equipment
• Educate customers on CaptiveAire products and demos
• Pursue new business opportunities with customers
