CaptiveAire is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on growing business with existing customers and developing new accounts, with responsibilities spanning applications engineering, sales support, and field service.

Extensive training and mentorship will develop product knowledge, market strategies, and business development skills. The position emphasizes a proactive, customer-centered approach in a fast-paced environment, offering opportunities

Formación

• 2–5 years experience in a related field.
• 4-year technical degree in mechanical/electrical/construction or science.
• Excellent computer, organizational and presentation skills.
• Problem solving with continuous learning.
• Strong desire to interface with the customer.
• Willing to travel for training opportunities.
• FE Exam within 6 months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation projects.
• Work with Engineers, Contractors, End Users, and Food Service Dealers.
• Daily inside sales support and outside sales.
• Lead presentations, quotes, submittals, and on-site troubleshooting as needed.
• Educate and promote CaptiveAire products to users in your market.
• Research and develop new business opportunities with new and existing users.
• Top-notch customer service and quick turnaround times.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes and the customer experience.
