Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a strategic Go-To-Market Recruiter focused on Applied AI to recruit and scale our GTM team, including Pre-Sales engineers and Solutions Architects. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leadership to craft targeted strategies and build pipelines with deep expertise in LLMs, cloud architectures, and enterprise software integration.

You will collaborate across GTM recruitment, use AI tools to enhance sourcing, and provide data-driven insights on market

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for customer-facing technical roles requiring strong communication.
• Deep understanding of technical requirements for LLMs, APIs, cloud architectures, and enterprise integration.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Track record building trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience in GTM or enterprise software/AI recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for Applied AI team roles (Solutions Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers, managers).
• Partner with Applied AI leadership to develop hiring strategies aligned with GTM objectives.
• Execute advanced sourcing to identify candidates with rare technical depth and business acumen.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences reflecting Anthropic's mission.
• Build pipelines with expertise in LLMs, cloud architecture, and enterprise software integration.
• Collaborate with GTM recruiting to share insights and candidate leads.
• Leverage Claude and AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency while staying high-touch.
• Provide data-driven insights on compensation trends for Applied AI hiring.
